Problem: Log4 Analyser Desktop Application does not automatically start streaming data.

Try any of these steps.

  • Check it again with another USB cable
  • Close the log4 Analyser Desktop Application first and restart it
  • Set a higher sampling period (>=100ms)
  • Manually select Device Status to be Disconnected, select the right COM port, then select Device Status to select Connect
  • If using Windows 7 or 8, you have to manually download and install FTDI driver.
