Problem: Log4 Analyser Desktop Application does not automatically start streaming data.
Try any of these steps.
- Check it again with another USB cable
- Close the log4 Analyser Desktop Application first and restart it
- Set a higher sampling period (>=100ms)
- Manually select Device Status to be Disconnected, select the right COM port, then select Device Status to select Connect
- If using Windows 7 or 8, you have to manually download and install FTDI driver.
